About this program

A 10-week program built around rotating intensity priorities. Each week one of your three main lifts is trained heavy (near max), one is explosive (8×2 speed sets @ ~55%), and one is rep work (4×8 volume). The rotation shifts each week, so every lift gets each stimulus over 3 weeks. Three cycles of this rotation build progressively heavier, targeting a meet on week 10.
